Gambling Cheat Sheet: NBA, 3-31

If you haven’t been following my posts, or twitter (@TCollins1012) you might not know this, but I’ve got some big news…..I am self proclaiming myself as the king of Tennis gambling. I mean my sick twisted mind is somehow undefeated when betting that shit, so from this point forward please refer to me as “Tennis King Terry”. Thank you all for your assistance during this transitioning process of me realizing my rightful spot at the head of the tennis gambling table…..I will not be answering questions at this time, but I will be carrying some of my newfound success over into tonight’s NBA gambling cheat sheet. Let’s get it!

Coming off of a relatively up and down day yesterday we are back with a 10 game NBA slate that should help you degenerates scratch that sick itch. Only one game being with a team on a back to back leaves us with the luxury of not needing to forecast any rest related issues that could be present with more second night teams. With your time in mind, I’m not going to focus a ton in the analysis part of the game in this gambling cheat sheet. But I am always available at my previously mentioned Twitter to go further into detail with anyone who needs anything cleared up, or has questions. Without further ado, let’s get this shit.

The Picks:

Trail Blazers -7 vs. Pistons:

Portland is the far superior team here. With the Pistons roster being made up of a bunch of bottom of the league talent, and G league type players I’ll never be too high on them. Having Dame, and CJ coming off a rest day I don’t see any way that they don’t roll here. I’ll lay the 7 and feel good about it, but won’t much higher if it creeps up.

Boston +1.5 vs. Mavericks

Boston has been real up and down as of late, but I love the addition of Evan Fournier. With Tatum scoring the ball well I think Boston can outright win this game by 10 points if they can get Fournier going just a bit, along with a solid game from the other members. Even with the inconsistent play this year I’ll roll with Boston. When they play well, they can beat anyone, and I think they play very well in this one.

Bulls +7.5 vs. Phoenix

The Bulls are a much better team than they’ve showed recently. With the trade deadline guys getting better and better everyday, and the team chemistry growing each game it’s only a matter of time before they put everything together. The Sun’s are a very good team, but on a back to back, against a Bulls team who has the horses now to compete better. I’m taking the Bulls with expectations they improve chemistry on the floor, and live up to the post deadline expectations.

Memphis Grizzlies 1st half +3 & Game +7

The Jazz are still probably the better team here. But with Donovan Mitchell being out due to personal reasons, even if this is a Jazz win, I don’t see it being by a large margin. I don’t hate a ML bet on the grizzlies tonight, but the safe bet is to take the points and Ja vs Mitchell-less Jazz team.

Wrap up:

In the next 7 days we should really start seeing what each team is going to become in this post deadline, post buyout time. Do yourselves a favor and find time to watch these teams play, and see how they morph, and change rather than just checking out the box score without and context. Although some teams are virtually the same, there are multiple teams that we need to evaluate now that all the dust has settled. Good luck to all, and don’t forget to get a hold of me on twitter @TCollins1012 with any questions or concerns.
